By using Griffin Power Services, you agree to the following terms.

Services:
Griffin Power Services provides electrical contracting, maintenance, repair, and related services.

Estimates:
Estimates are valid only for the period stated on the estimate and are subject to change based on field conditions and approved change orders.

Payments:
Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty:
Warranty coverage is limited to the terms provided in the applicable proposal, contract, or invoice.

Limitation of Liability:
Griffin Power Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

Changes:
These terms may be updated periodically.
